How we do it

We believe that analytics should drive strategy. For that reason, we built a robust analytics department within Masterworks. Some agencies have one or two people on staff conducting analytics for their clients. At Masterworks, we have a whole team. 

Analytics is at the foundation of our strategic planning process. It drives strategy and creative execution, fueling an iterative development cycle of building insight, optimizing marketing decisions, and measuring success. This is why we built Epiphany.

Epiphany is our proprietary data platform that enables Masterworks and our clients to have a 360-degree view of a donor’s online and offline activity — transactional and behavioral. Epiphany powers all Masterworks efforts across channels, informing strategic recommendations and tactical approaches. Epiphany’s reporting and analytics capabilities are accessible directly by our clients, via secure login, including donor life cycle trends, revenue reports, digital media performance, and donor profiling.
