Data Hygiene

Clean data is at the heart of successful direct marketing and fundraising efforts. Masterworks offers a Data Hygiene product that cleans your address data using both USPS standardization and nationally verified data sources. Masterworks provides cleaned address data to your organization's donor file using industry best practice sources, including NCOA, PCOA, and PCOA+.

Demographic Append

Demographics on your donor file provide insight into understanding your donors that can provide effective strategies for targeting, marketing, and fundraising to acquire, retain, and reactivate donors. Masterworks appends a bundle of consumer-compiled data to your donor file using a variety of demographic attributes.

Email Hygiene & Append

In order to ensure healthy email data, Masterworks runs through your emails by using the industry’s best practice sources for identifying email addresses that need to be purged in order to increase deliverability rates and decrease spam complaints. This is called Email Hygiene. We then run  the bad email addresses through the Email Append process in order to provide correct email addresses, where available.
